Commonwealth Privacy Act of 1988

Stoneink ensures that every employee is familiar with the Privacy Act.

Our computer network has four stages of passwords protecting the stored information. Only the Director (Michael Flint) has access to all passwords, and he personally performs all computer maintenance - no external person has access to any passwords.

All Stoneink computers are custom built by Michael. Additionally, he wrote the primary data systems utilised by Stoneink.

Documents are held in locked cabinets inside our locked and alarmed office when not being actioned.

Whilst documents are with an agent for service, they are kept on the agents person at all times, within a briefcase or other locked container.
